Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
1. All events promoted by Scuderia Vedovellocittà (SVV) or by partners linked to SVV and these are managed and/or presented by SVV are virtual (online) and for this reason there is no delivery of physical products.
2. Tickets purchased against payment for any event promoted by Scuderia Vedovellocittà or by partners linked to SVV and, these managed and/or presented by SVV, will be fully refunded if there is no quorum¹ for holding the event.
3. Participants registered for the event may request cancellation of registration up to 7 (seven) days after purchasing the ticket, sending a request to the email vedovellocitta@outlook.it.
4. The pilot will not be entitled to a refund after the deadline informed in item 3, except, only, if there is a lack of quorum as informed in item 2. When purchasing a ticket for the event, the pilot affirms his commitment to participate in the event on the day and time informed and to respect the guidelines informed in the regulation.
